Taught by FSRC Master Małgorzata Gałkowska-Błądek, the official successor of Grand Master Joseph Yu, this course reveals how energy (Qi) moves through form, direction, and time - shaping health, prosperity, and human experience.

Program Overview

Module I – Foundations of Form and Energy

This module introduces the core principles of authentic Feng Shui. You’ll explore the essence and movement of Qi, Yin and Yang balance, and the Five Elements (Wu Xing) in architecture and design. Students learn the symbolic meaning of forms, the use of He Tu and Luo Shu (including their application in high-rise buildings), and how to identify external and interior forms that support harmony. The module also covers practical techniques for establishing the building’s center, determining its facing, and assessing how external surroundings influence energy flow.

• Qi, Sheng Qi, and Sha Qi – practical understanding

• Tien–Di–Ren: Heaven, Human, Earth relationship

• Circulation of Qi and environmental vitality

• The Eight Trigrams and the Shuo Gua Zhuan Classic

• The Five Elements (Wu Xing) in environment and design

• Architectural shapes and their symbolic meaning

• Yin & Yang – Early and Later Heaven Ba Gua

• He Tu and Luo Shu – ancient diagrams of energy and their application in modern architecture, including high-rise structures

• External forms and landforms – evaluating the landscape and surroundings

• Interior forms and spatial harmony – how shapes influence Qi flow

• Establishing the building’s center and determining its facing

• Assessing how external spaces affect energy flow

• Feng Shui objects and remedies – practical applications in real environments

Upon completion of this module, participants receive an FSRC Certificate of Attendance.

The live course (next Modules) is currently in progress, and new participants are welcome to join. Recordings of each session will gradually appear on Thinkific as next Modules, as the course unfolds.
